A health and wellness program designed to help individuals and families improve their health in a holistic way.   Education and fitness classes are provided to the congregation and community. The purpose of the “The Beacon” Newsletter is to be a source of information and inspiration to the members of SSBC and the community in which we serve. Our mission is to highlight church events, businesses, activities, ministries, and outreach events. We seek to connect our members with local businesses, Christian artists, community-wide events, cultural events, healthy living information and other resources that will be beneficial to living a healthy, balanced and Christ-centered life.  We are sharing stories, interviews, inspirational messages, and information that reflect our passionate love for our God, the warm culture of SSBC, our impenetrable spirit of unity, and our strong love and sense of responsibility for community.
